The service we received at the Red Wing store in Orchard Gateway was outstanding. I was searching for the perfect shoes for my boyfriend, and I needed a spacious area to take pictures and videos of the options. To my delight, they graciously allowed me to do so without any hesitation. The quality of their boots is truly impressive, crafted from top-notch leather materials, and designed with a traditional and durable construction. It's evident that they take great pride in their craftsmanship, ensuring their products are built to last. Although, unfortunately, we didn't end up making a purchase on that visit, I must commend the staff for their friendly and knowledgeable assistance. They were well-versed in their products, offering valuable advice on cleaning and conditioning the boots to maintain their quality.

It's on Fourth Flour, inside the mall. My husband adores this brand. Thus, I purchased shoe polish this time. The store is great, and the staff is really friendly too.

The staff are really good at what they do. Very helpful and patient to answer all my questions. I am very picky and I ask a lot when I want to buy something. I will visit the store and definitely get myself another pair of boots when I get to Singapore.

Great experience with the Red Wing team over at the flagship store. Very helpful, informative and knowledgeable on the product and items. Special mention to Han. Very good recommendation on products and were not pushy with product recommendations; only recommending me items that i really needed to get. Service was good as they shared how to care for my boots and how to apply product correctly to achieve my desired effect, sharing the different methods and options to achieve other effects as well (gloss / matte / darker etc). Demonstrated to me how to apply the product as well to ensure my desired effect. Overall happy with the quality of the boots, been wearing for 5 years but I'm also happy with the quality of service offered by the staff. Will definitely come back here to purchase more pairs in the future.

The service at Red Wing (Orchard Gateway) was excellent. Their Iron Ranger Copper Rough & Tough Boots are made of quality leather materials and the construction is traditional and durable. The staff are friendly, know their products very well and offer good advice on cleaning and conditioning. Overall a great buying experience. It will take a few months to break them in but I’m sure the leather uppers will last for over 10 years if conditioned properly.
